Drive is COMPLETELY PLAYABLE on the free GeForce Now- even on a Chromebook. It will easily handle all maps on ultra graphics settings (75+ fps) and can even do some (simplified) traffic. It connects to your Steam account, so you will need to buy the game, but other than that, it is completely free.
